Black Swan Poster
There’s a lot of buzz going around about Natalie Portman’s new film, Black Swan. In a nutshell, the movie is about a veteran ballet dancer (Portman) and an up-and-coming dancer (Mila Kunis) that threatens to steal the lead role for the production, Swan Lake. Portman is obsessed with ballet and is consumed with the thought of losing her new-found lead role, which ultimately pushes her to the brink of insanity. I’m not much of a ballet nut, but the imagery in this movie is pretty fantastic -as represented in this stunning movie poster.

A friend of mine in LA is a movie critic. He’s seen it and says it is a great flick. Her eyes look freaky in that poster! It says the movie is a thriller – but the trailer doesn’t seem like it is. It just looks more like a suspense/drama. Isn’t a thriller like a horror film? Maybe those freaky eyes are more than just part of the swan costume?
