Ordered quite a few pieces of art for the walls in our office and all pieces came out great!

The landscape prints ordered arrived in a timely manner and were of the quality I expected. Once print had a slight imperfection. I contacted Barewall and spoke with Jeff. He requested photos of the smudge and once received immediately sent a replacement via 2 day delivery. Great customer service which if rare to find in this day and time.

Picture (unframed) was poorly packaged between 2 thin cardboard pieces and in a paper envelope. So it got wet on the bottom and also had \"warping\". Would not buy from them again if this is how they ship their pieces - without protection from the weather. Had they placed it in a plastic bubble wrapped envelop and between thicker cardboard sheets this would have easily been avoided.
