Barewalls is an incredible company to work with. The ease of step-by-step explanation and features when ordering is efficient and the customer service and human interaction on the phone is very knowledgeable. I have told anyone who will listen and anyone who likes to decorate and update their space. We will be ordering more in the near future!

I found the print I’ve been searching for. Ordering was simple. Price was reasonable. Print arrived promptly & well packaged. It is gorgeous!!!

After ordering two acrylic prints, I received a shipping notification indicating that both prints would be arriving in the same shipment. However only one print was received. After contacting customer service two days ago and being told that I would receive a follow up call to resolve the issue shortly, I have still not been contacted. I will be contacting customer service again shortly to find out what is going on. In short, there appears to be problems both in their fulfillment \u0026 shipping departments as well as their customer service follow up procedures. This was nearly a $400 order for a birthday gift. I don't think I would recommend or use this company in the future.
