No update on order, have to tell them what Company order is from

Poor . Very costly postage and they used the slowest possible service \nThe cost was more for postage than the items ordered and IT HAS NOT ARRIVED \nOrdered 10th October 2021

The customer service is horrible. The product never came to me and I have been following up for 3 days and they have still not processed a refund for me. Like customers have no work other than following up with the company - first for the product, after a failure at that... for the refund.

I should give a zero. They have yet to respond. So far, I have received NO acknowledgement of the order, NO questions about the delivery of the order, and NO product.
