I should give a zero. They have yet to respond. So far, I have received NO acknowledgement of the order, NO questions about the delivery of the order, and NO product.

The customer service is horrible. The product never came to me and I have been following up for 3 days and they have still not processed a refund for me. Like customers have no work other than following up with the company - first for the product, after a failure at that... for the refund.
