They were prompt in processing my order.However the order has still not arrived.

Very nice, but a high price for relatively small pictures.

I hate having UPS deliver anything and they say I have to pay to accept delivery??? I am in Canada.

The product was as represented, but it was at a higher price the second time I looked for it . . . like three days later. Also, I was confused about what gallery wrap is. I think it costs more money, but that wasn't clear. Wish I had asked. They did get back to me right away about something else, even if it was inaccurate.

Barewalls.com had quite an impressive selection and I spent a great deal of time searching it. However, I gave only 4 stars for two reasons: 1) They were quite expensive; 2) They didn't send tracking information so I ended up calling them a week later to find out the status of my order, which coincidentally had been delivered that very morning. Loved their photos but not their prices.

Good experience

I thought the customer service was very good. It took three attempts but I finally received my print undamaged. The shipping was quick and the print was beautiful.

There were a few minor imperfections in the Print. It is a Black & White print so a couple of the flaws were able to be touched up with a sharpie & an eraser. Apart from that the packaging and shipping time were great.

Exceptional speed of delivery. I wish that there was an option for a better quality of paper which I would have been glad to pay for. Still really impressed with the speed of delivery

Great selection. Tracking of delivery excellent. UPS delivered product on time yet " Container Tube " holding print was damaged. Poster print slightly mangled, yet recoverable. I would give Barewalls a 5 star rating if the " Container Tube " hold the print was not damaged in delivery.
