The item arrived by the date promised. However, I am disappointed in the mountain lion print itself. It is darker than the print displayed on your web page and lacks the beautiful, light brown coat.

I love my prints they are exactly what I wanted. On a negative side I was under the imoression they were bring dhipped from the States so had no problem with really hefty pistage. However they arrived within a few days (very positive) but with UK postage. I can only asdume they have a UK distribution centre. For this reason I will not be purchasing any further prints from this company whichbis sad as I need quite a few.

$7 shipping on a $12 item, which was a single piece of cardstock (so, not heavy) seems pretty obnoxious. However, I liked the feature of bring able to customize the margins of the print, and it was good quality.

Picture (unframed) was poorly packaged between 2 thin cardboard pieces and in a paper envelope. So it got wet on the bottom and also had \"warping\". Would not buy from them again if this is how they ship their pieces - without protection from the weather. Had they placed it in a plastic bubble wrapped envelop and between thicker cardboard sheets this would have easily been avoided.

Poster delivered as ordered, however, it is blurry! There should be a person to approve before sending. I can't use the poster.
