After ordering two acrylic prints, I received a shipping notification indicating that both prints would be arriving in the same shipment. However only one print was received. After contacting customer service two days ago and being told that I would receive a follow up call to resolve the issue shortly, I have still not been contacted. I will be contacting customer service again shortly to find out what is going on. In short, there appears to be problems both in their fulfillment \u0026 shipping departments as well as their customer service follow up procedures. This was nearly a $400 order for a birthday gift. I don't think I would recommend or use this company in the future.

Poster delivered as ordered, however, it is blurry! There should be a person to approve before sending. I can't use the poster.

Picture wasn't as colorful as I wished.

Barewalls.com had quite an impressive selection and I spent a great deal of time searching it. However, I gave only 4 stars for two reasons: 1) They were quite expensive; 2) They didn't send tracking information so I ended up calling them a week later to find out the status of my order, which coincidentally had been delivered that very morning. Loved their photos but not their prices.
